~ 1984 9ct Yellow Gold Sapphire & Cubic Zirconia Cluster Ring UK Size O US 7 ¼ ~
This is a very pretty ring consisting of three midnight blue sapphires and fourteen white CZ’s set to look like three flowers in a row.
Each sapphire is claw set and surrounded with claw set CZ’s in a flower shape. These rest on a high gallery with decorative shoulder leading onto a plain gold band.
The ring is hallmarked inside the band for 9ct gold, Birmingham, 1984. There is also a makers stamp of ‘HW’ and the stamp of ‘CZ’ for cubic zirconias.
~ Dimensions ~
The sapphires each measure approximately 0.05 carats (2mm diameter) and the CZ’s all 0.04 carats (1.9mm diameter). The ring is a UK size O which is a US 7 ¼. It weighs 1.9g.
~ Condition ~
The ring is in lovely second hand condition. The CZ’s have a lovely sparkle.
