For sale is a Martindale Crocodile machete stamped ‘Birimngham’, ‘Made in England’ and dated ‘1964’.  Narrow slab-sided two-piece black plastic grips which broaden slightly towards pommel. Grips are secured to tang by five recessed copper rivets with washers; the two rivets nearer pommel are arranged one above the other. Comes with robust original leather sheath.

*Condition*

The machete and sheath are in good condition. The blade and the grip do show signs of pitting but this is to be somewhat expected. The sheath is still very much sturdy and functional. Please refer to the images as a part of our condition report.
