One side has the badge for the shore establishment HMS Resolution, the other the Christmas Island crest.

It is stamped on the underside for "Made In England", EPNS (electro-plated nickel silver) and the makers details "R D Ltd".

~ Opeation Grapple ~

Grapple was a series of atom bomb test on Christmas Island in the late 1950's.

HMS Resolution was a shore base, named after Capt. Cook’s ship, in the Port of London on the west side of the Island.

The tankard is in good order.

~ Dimensions ~

The tankard is 12 cm (4.75 inches) tall with a top diameter of 9.5 cm (3.75 inches).
