~ 1950’s Boxed Arnold Tin Plate Toy Tank ~

A 1950’s tin plate tank by the West German toy company Arnold.

The lithographed tin toy tank has rubber tracks and is attached via a long cord to a hand-piece.

The hand piece has a plunger and a hand crank which when used together have three functions:

The tank moves and turns left, The tank moves and turns right, The tank spits out sparks.

The toy comes in its original picture card box.

~ Dimensions ~

The tank measures 18cm (7 inches) long.

The box has a length of 25.5cm (10 inches).

The toy in box weighs 440g

~ Condition ~

The tank is in very good condition with no damage.

The mechanism is a little sticky. It turns left and spits sparks without issue but has trouble with the third position and will not always do a right turn.

The box has some wear but is in reasonable order.
