The jar has a sage green textured ground and white interior.

The shield to the front reads...

"In Commemoration Of The Coronation Of His Most Excellent Majesty King George V And His Most Gracious Consort Queen Mary June 22 1911"

The lid has a metal handle to seal the contents.

It is back stamped for Moorcroft, Burslem, England, Rd No 570234 and M2992.
