A beautiful hand-painted Royal Worcester blush ivory claret jug dating to 1908.

The jug is of slender tapering form with gilt rings around the body and a gilt entwined handle.

The body is beautifully hand painted with flowers and there are gilt flowers to the top of the jug in relief.

The jug has the ‘Royal Worcester, England, stamp to the underside with the reg. no. of ‘29115’ and the number ‘1094’.

It is date coded for 1908.

The jug measures 10 inches (25.5cm) high with a base diameter of 3 ¾ inches (9.5cm).

It weighs 575g.

The jug is in a lovely condition with just some light scuff marks to the lower edge.
