~ 1885 Pattern Cavalry Trooper’s Sword Dated 1886 ~

The blade is stamped with the manufacturing date 486 (April 1886) and the re-issuing date ‘91’ (1891).
Also there are a series of inspector’s marks and ‘YC’.

The sword comes without its scabbard.

~ Condition ~

The blade remains in excellent condition, free of damage.

The basket developed a nice patina.

The grips have the expected age wear but overall they are fine.
