~ 17th Century North European Solingen Broadsword ~

The sword has short triple fullers, triple punch marks and a blade description of 'De Solingen' on one side and indistinct words on the reverse. At the time, the German sword industry supplied Great Britain and other nations with sword blades. A sound and interesting example.

~ Condition ~

Please refer to the images for the condition. There is very minor movement play in the guard. The wooden grip has some to-be-expected losses.

~ Dimensions ~

The sword is 94cm (37 inches) in total length with a 79cm (31 inches) blade.
