~ 1796 Pattern British Infantry Officers Sword ~

A decent example of this full length, single fullered sword.

~ Condition ~

All in generally good order, the guard plate is a little loose but the hinged flap works well. The blade is very clean with some signs of usage but very minimal pitting. The wiring on the grip is tight.

~ Dimensions ~

The blade length is 80 cm (31.5 inches) and the overall length is 97 cm (37inches).
