A delightful pair of silver mounted Bohemian glass vases dating to 1924.
The vases are of waisted gourd form, made of orange glass with an iridescent finish.
Each is topped with a sterling silver collar.
The vases are possibly by the Kralik glassworks (full name 'Wilhelm Kralik Sohne') as they resemble their style, though are not marked
as such.
The silver mounts have full English sterling hallmarks for London, 1924 with a makers stamp of 'DL'.
~ Dimensions ~
The vases each have a diameter of 7cm (2 ¾ inches) at their widest point.
The each stand at 19cm (7 ½ inches) and together weigh 410g.
~ Condition ~
They each have a little wear in parts to the finish but still present very well, and are free from damage. There is the odd ding to the silver mounts and a tiny split to one, but again still present very well.
