Here we have an outstanding 17inch, single edged blade with fuller. The forte date “8/17”. Blued crossguard, muzzle ring and pommel marked “R.A.F. IE”. Wooden slab grips. Contained in its leather scabbard with steel mounts. Blancoed webbing frog. Also Unit marked with button in good working order. 

*Condition*

Overall the bayonet is in excellent condition. The handle and blade are undamaged and contain its original features. Unfortunately the blancoed webbing frog, while securely attached, does not fit into its original frog button. Please refer to the images as part of our condition report.
