A circa 1909 ‘A. De Courcy’ patent bosuns whistle.

Of nickel plated brass suspended from a long chain.

The whistle has engraved decoration to both sides and is marked to both sides of the bowl with the broad arrow stamp.

It is also marked ‘AT No 10035/0’.

The chain has a length of 137cm (54 inches).

The whistle has a length of 12cm (4 ¾ inches).

Together they weigh 66g

~ Condition ~

The whistle and chain have a little wear to the finish in parts but are otherwise in very good condition with no damage.
