~ Circa 1915 Our Warships Book Published By Gale And Polden ~
The book has many colourful illustrations and is shaped to reflect the smoke from the funnels of the front cover battleships funnels.
There is a touching 1915 pencilled note from a Dad to his son saying he is being posted to HMS Defender, a destroyer which fought at the battle of Jutland and survived the war.
~ Condition ~
Several pages are loose and there is general scuffing.

The book is 20 cm (8 inches) wide and 18 cm (7 inches) tall.
