A beautiful ring of 9ct yellow gold set with a good sized oval-cut light blue topaz and 12 small round-cut diamonds.

The topaz is claw-set to the centre of the ring. The diamonds are mounted in platinum surrounding the topaz in a flower-head style design.

The band is slim and plain.

The ring is hallmarked inside the band for 9ct gold, Birmingham, 1988 with a makers mark of ‘GJ’.

The topaz measures 0.75 carats (5mm x 7mm).

The diamonds measure approximately 0.01 carats (1mm in diameter) each.
