~ 19th Century Fine French Silver Inlay Amber Trinket Box ~

The lid has an applied silver un-hallmarked plaque of Mary and Jesus. The amber lid has a floral carved border.

The amber base has carved scroll work to the interior with further work to the exterior.

The underside is inscribed "T.P. Danbiere Paris" as best as I can read it.

The box has a height of 1.2 inches (2.9cm), a width of 2.2 inches (5.4cm) and a length of 3 inches (7.5cm)

The total weight is 75 grams.

~ Condition ~

The condition of the jar is excellent condition for its age, free from chips and cracks.
