The white painted dial has Roman numerals.
It reads "Dent. 33. Cockspur St. London 29460".

Dent is a British watch and clockmaking company founded by Edward John Dent in 1814. The firm became known for marine chronometers and standard clocks supplied to observatories and government bodies, including regulators at the Royal Observatory, Greenwich; in 1852 it won the commission to construct the Great Clock at the Palace of Westminster (Big Ben).

It comes with its winding key and pendulum. One fixing peg is missing; the other three are present. The lock underneath requires a correct key.
