A lovely, well executed Victorian era display of taxidermied birds housed inside a glass dome.

The display shows 14 different birds mounted on a natural ground of branches, reeds and moss.

A small display at the base, made of felt and wire reads the name ‘John (Rhos?) Long’.

~ Dimensions ~

The base measures 38cm (15 inches) by 23cm (9 inches).

The dome has a height of 66cm (26 inches).

The display weighs 3.5 Kg

~ Condition ~

The display is well preserved with no obvious sign of wear.

The wood base and glass dome are in good order with no damage.
