The stand is very solid, well made and marked for "Blunt & Wray, London 1916, SIG. TEL Stand, Mark V, No 24411". It is in excellent condition.
This is a 3 draw unmarked telescope, with a sun shade, the lenses are clear and the view is excellent, it has a usable but tired leather case.
