~ 19th Century Japanese Kutani Vase With Samurais ~
A lovely Japanes Kutani vase decorated in rich colours and Samurai figures dating to the late 19th century.
The flared rim vase is decorated in hues of coral, blue and black on a white ground.
The decoration depicts two samurais (one seated, one standing) in front of a blue tree with gilt detailing, on a natural background of fields, hills and flowers with clouds above.
The neck of the vase has a floral pattern border and dainty flowers painted on the inner rim.
The vase is not signed.

The vase has an approximate diameter of 8.5cm (3 ¼ inches) and a height of 18.5cm (7 ¼ inches).
It weighs 375g.
~ Condition ~
The vase is in an very nice condition with no cracks, chips or repairs and only a little wear to the gilt on the rim.
