Original WW2 German 2nd Class Iron Cross by Anton Schenkels Nachfolger “27”

The Iron Cross is a military decoration, awarded for bravery in battle as well as other military contributions in a battlefield environment. The “27” inscribed on the loop indicates that this particular cross was made by Anton Schenkels Nachfolger of Vienna. It is complete with original ribbon which would have been used for every day wear.

~Condition~

This medal is in excellent condition with a light patina in keeping with its age. The ribbon is completely undamaged. Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report.
