This is a 1907 pattern bayonet, designed for the famous SMLE (Short Magazine Lee-Enfield) and known as the sword bayonet due to its length. They were used extensively throughout WW1 and WW2. This particular bayonet was produced by Sanderson in 1918 and features service and inspection marks on the ricasso.

*Condition*

The bayonet is in great condition with light pitting and no damage. All parts remain strong and undamaged. Please see pictures for more detail.
